摘要:
针对当前水电站门式起重机控制方式的缺点和运行特点,提出一种基于改进图像匹配算法的视觉定位系统,采用CCD工业相机获取门式起重机运行过程中指定区域内的地面数据,利用改进图像匹配算法实时检测区域内停车标靶的状态和位置,分段控制门机的匀速、减速和停车。实验表明,该系统能够实现门式起重机的运动控制和定位控制。
Abstract:
Aiming at the shortcomings operation acteristics of current gantry crane control methods, a visual positioning system based on image matching algorithm was proposed. The CCD industrial camera was used to obtain the ground data in the specified area during the operation of the gantry crane. The improved image matching algorithm was used in real time for detecting the state position of the parking target in the detection area controlling the uniform speed, deceleration parking of the gantry crane in stages. Experiments show that the system can realize the motion control positioning control of the gantry crane.
